Healthy Baja Group’s branding was refreshed with modern illustrations of two symbols associated with Guadalajara, the owner’s home state: the agave plant and an electrocardiogram symbol, highlighting the city’s historical role as a nexus for Mexico’s healthcare industry. Prior to the refresh, the organization’s logo featured a red shield as its main icon, which didn’t effectively represent the services offered or convey the doctor’s mission and the hospital’s range of practices.

For Healthy Baja Group, a hospital in Tijuana, Mexico, I launched a digital campaign focused on raising awareness about diabetes. The campaign featured impactful statistics highlighting the prevalence of diabetes in the region and emphasized the hospital’s expertise in managing the condition. Targeted to local and regional audiences, the campaign helped establish Healthy Baja Group as a central hub for healthcare in Tijuana. The effort resulted in a 40% increase in website traffic, a 30% rise in consultation bookings, and a 6% CTR on Facebook, bringing greater visibility to the hospital and its mission.

I volunteer with Race4Autism events, where hundreds of families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) gather to connect and enjoy memorable experiences. Many events take place at race tracks, giving children with ASD the chance to meet NASCAR driver Austin Varco, test racing simulators, and sit in a real race car. I assist by capturing event photos and managing various aspects of the gatherings, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. These events foster meaningful connections while bringing awareness to autism advocacy, positively impacting the community.

For Torta de Elote, a bakery in Tijuana, Mexico, I designed a logo and business cards for owner Ana Maria Uriarte to elevate her brand and enhance her ability to market her signature corn torte. The visually appealing designs not only helped her stand out in a competitive market but also made her business more memorable to customers. Combined with word-of-mouth and local promotions, the campaign increased sales by 200% and established Ana Maria as a recognizable name in the region.

The new design introduced a streamlined categorization system and intuitive navigation buttons, helping customers easily locate parts. These updates resulted in a 50% increase in site traffic, a 35% boost in sales conversions, and a 25% reduction in bounce rates.
